Publication Process

Manuscript Guidelines

Authors whose papers are selected for journal recommendation must prepare their manuscripts using the official template of the respective journal and comply with the formatting standards required for post-conference publication.

Please take note of the following:

Template

Authors must download and use the official journal template corresponding to the recommended publication outlet.

Comply

Manuscripts must fully comply with the journalā€™s submission requirements and formatting standards.

Required

Authors are also required to adhere to the specific conditions and instructions issued by the ICoMDT 2025 Editorial Committee. These will be communicated together with the journal recommendation.

Format

Papers not following the required format may be excluded from the post-conference publication process.

Review & Publication

  • All submitted papers will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure originality, technical quality, relevance to the conference themes, and clarity of presentation.
  • While the conference will not publish formal proceedings, selected high-quality papers may be recommended for submission to indexed journals in collaboration with our publication partners.
  • Further details on journal options and submission timelines will be communicated to authors after the conference.
