📝 Registration Instructions

We are excited to welcome you to the International Conference on Computational Mathematics and Digital Technology 2025 (ICoMDT 2025). Please follow the instructions below to register and participate in the conference:

How to Register

Step 1: Prepare Your Abstract

Write your abstract in English (max. 200 words). Use the official abstract template provided by the conference. Save your file in .doc/.docx or PDF format.

Step 2: Submit Your Abstract via Google Form

Step 3: Wait for the Notification

You will receive a notification via email regarding the acceptance status of your submission after the review process from the Secretariat within three (3) working days, which includes the payment instructions and Reference ID (if applicable).

Step 4: Submit Payment

Once you have received the confirmation, please proceed to make your payment according to the details provided in the email. Include your Reference ID in the payment details.

Step 5: Fill Out the Registration Form

Complete the online registration form and upload your proof of payment. Click the button below to access the ICoMDT 2025 Registration Form via Google Forms.

Step 6: Confirmation Email

You will receive a confirmation email from the Secretariat once your registration and payment have been verified.

📌 You will receive an acknowledgment email from the Secretariat upon successful submission.

⚠️ Important Notes

Registration is not complete until proof of payment is received and verified.

Letters of invitation and official receipts will only be issued upon confirmation of full payment.

If you do not receive any confirmation within three (3) working days after registration or abstract submission, please contact the Secretariat.
