The conference venue, Universitas Mataram, is located approximately 35 km from Lombok International Airport (LOP) and is accessible via several convenient transportation options:

Taxi

  • Taxis are readily available at the airport's arrival terminal.
  • The journey to Universitas Mataram typically takes 45–60 minutes, depending on traffic.
  • The average fare ranges from IDR 200,000 to 250,000.
  • Recommended taxi services include Blue Bird Taxi and Express Taxi, both of which offer metered rides and reliable service.

Ride-Hailing Apps

  • Ride-hailing services such as Gojek and Grab are widely used in Lombok.
  • You can book a car or motorbike ride using the mobile app.
  • This is often a more economical option, with fares starting from IDR 100,000, depending on the type of service and time of day.

Airport Shuttle

  • Some hotels near Universitas Mataram provide shuttle services to and from the airport.
  • Please check with your accommodation in advance and book early, especially during peak travel periods.

Car Rental

  • Car rental services are available at the airport for those who prefer to drive themselves.

  • From Lombok International Airport, head north via Jl. Bypass Bandara and continue on to Jl. TGH Faisal towards Mataram City.
  • Universitas Mataram is located in Jalan Majapahit No. 62, Mataram, and is well signposted.

It’s advisable to plan your transportation in advance, especially if arriving in the evening. Always confirm fares beforehand and carry some cash in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), as not all services accept cards.
